Berber Wedding

A Berber wedding: beautifully glittering garments – singing and drums – a lot of tea and cookies and wonderful food – being together as an extended family – sitting and talking and remembering Allah’s mercy…

Jumuah moubarak!

  1. Very nice picts! You’re giving the readers an idea about the wedding but keeping at the same time the identities of the guests unknown, well done!🙂

  2. Mabrouk! Do they still have Ahwash? I used to go as a chld and enjoyed it so much. Now in our village in Ourika, they don’t have Ahwash anymore, so sad. They just do the same loud music as the city, and some professional Ahwash for hire.

  3. Masya Allah! A beautiful occasion indeed. Congratulations to the bride and groom. May they lead a harmonious life together and be blessed and protected always:) The pictures are beautiful, sister Itto!
